There are times when have consulted the top legal counsels in the field, at our own expense, just to verify our understanding before offering it our clients. We do not recommend any property we would not get into ourselves.

Only those properties that pass through our internal filters reach you. We ask ourselves, 'Knowing all that we know about this property and the client's requirement, would we go for this property ourselves if we were in the client's shoes?'. Only when we can answer this question with a strong YES, do we recommend the property to you.

Our dealings with clients follow 5 distinct phases: Search, Select, Register, Possess & Occupy. We call it the SeSeRePO(TM) process. Having a defined process offers a certain level of reassurance and transparency to our clients who are aware of the progress in their project at all times.

Technically, our role ends once you take possession of the property. But we would fall short of our own service standards if we were to part ways here. In fact, we also offer property management and help you carry out repairs, modifications in design and layouts, should you need to.

For our discerning clients, we offer lifetime after-sale service, just to take care of any unforeseen eventualities. And we can do this because we are passionate about our work. A passion that has only grown over the last 22 years.
